The Nonprofit AI Maturity Model applies that structure to AI adoption in mission-driven organizations.
Five Levels
Every question is scored from 1.0 (Nascent) to 5.0 (Pioneering) in half steps, with a description of what each level looks like in practice so you can place your organization honestly.
