Our team consists of three senior practitioners with expertise in governance and strategy, capacity building, operations and workflows, and data and IT systems.

Jacob Bielecki

Training, Governance, and Strategy Lead

  • Jacob Bielecki is the founder and principal of beneAI LLC. He brings over 15 years of experience in capacity building, strategy, and change management within and alongside nonprofits, public agencies, and foundations.

    Jacob's career has been defined by a commitment to translating complex institutional challenges into actionable strategies, work that now extends to helping mission-driven organizations navigate the opportunities and responsibilities of AI adoption.

    He leads beneAI's AI readiness assessments, strategy development, governance framework design, and training programs.

  • Jacob's professional background spans previous strategic planning and capacity building engagements with local, state, and national/federal-level public and private organizations, networks, and cohorts.

    His experience includes managing programs and service arrangements requiring strict data and technology compliance, with hands-on experience navigating and translating federal and state-level statutes and regulations into organizational imperatives and strategies - a practitioner's grounding that informs every dimension of his AI work.

Jeremy Wallace-Segall

Operations and Workflows Lead

  • Jeremy brings two decades of hands-on nonprofit operations leadership, most of it as Chief Operations Officer of Writopia Lab, a national creative writing nonprofit.

    He is a builder and problem-solver who connects big-picture strategy to the details that matter, with deep experience managing teams of three to 80, designing operational infrastructure from the ground up, and maintaining a steady hand through complex organizational transitions.

    With beneAI, Jeremy co-leads operational integration support, helps design and facilitate workshops on embedding AI into organizational systems and workflows, and contributes to readiness assessments and governance framework development.

  • What distinguishes Jeremy is a rare combination of operational depth and technical fluency. He has architected custom applications, built AI-assisted workflow automations, developed specialized AI tools for organizational use, and held technology leadership roles in both the nonprofit and public sectors. He understands how organizations actually work, and how technology can be made to serve them.

Trent Rossiter

Data and IT Systems Lead

  • Trent brings two decades of experience in enterprise data architecture, IT systems management, and AI integration.

    As founder and principal of Logic Data Solutions, he advises public and private sector clients on data platform architecture, security configuration, and AI enablement.

    With beneAI, Trent ensures that AI adoption is technically sound from the ground up, assessing technology environments, guiding responsible tool selection, and delivering implementation recommendations that are realistic and secure.

  • Trent's hands-on work with AI tooling includes designing and deploying custom RAG chatbots, autonomous LangGraph-based AI agents with tool orchestration and MCP integration, and fine-tuned computer vision models.

    Prior to founding Logic Data Solutions, he spent over 12 years at Ball Aerospace, where he led the full lifecycle of an enterprise data virtualization program, growing the platform from a three-person proof of concept to an organization-wide system supporting over 30 users across financial forecasting, project management, and operations.
