beneAI is a Denver-based AI training and implementation firm that helps mission-driven organizations use AI in ways that fit their mission, context, systems, and resources.

We meet teams wherever they are in their AI journey. Some need hands-on training to build skills and confidence. Others need an audit of the AI already in use, a governance policy their board can stand behind, or support rolling out a new tool or special use case. Whatever the starting point, the people who scope the work are the people who deliver it, and we answer to your mission, not to any AI vendor.

We work exclusively with mission-driven organizations. Our experience runs deepest in health, aging, philanthropy, and public services, including work with the U.S. Administration for Community Living, the State of California, the Weld Trust, and the Denver Foundation.

Founder & Principal

  • Jacob Bielecki is the founder and principal of beneAI. He helps mission-driven organizations build AI skills, strengthen oversight, and put AI to responsible use in ways that fit their mission and capacity.

    Jacob brings more than 15 years of strategy, capacity building, and change management within and alongside nonprofits, public agencies, and foundations, including cohort-level work with the U.S. Administration for Community Living, the National Council on Aging, and the San Francisco Public Health Foundation. He has managed programs under HIPAA and other strict data requirements, and translates federal and state regulations into practical policy and operating decisions.

    At beneAI, he leads:

Trent Rossiter

Data, IT & AI Systems Partner

  • Trent Rossiter makes sure AI adoption is technically sound from the ground up. As founder and principal consultant of Logic Data Solutions, he advises public and private sector clients on data platform architecture, security configuration, and AI enablement.

    Over 12 years at Ball Aerospace, he led an enterprise data virtualization program from a three-person proof of concept to an organization-wide platform used across financial forecasting, project management, and operations.

    On beneAI engagements, Trent:

    • Assesses technology environments and data readiness before tools are chosen

    • Evaluates AI vendors for security, privacy, and fit

    • Makes sure staff see only the data they’re cleared for when AI connects to existing systems

    • Turns recommendations into implementation plans that are realistic and secure

    For IT teams: enterprise security architecture (RBAC/FGAC, SSO and Active Directory integration), retrieval and agent systems including MCP, and data platforms across Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments.

Agustina Recalde Duarte

AI & Business Enablement Analyst

  • Agustina Recalde Duarte is a native of Paraguay and a native Spanish speaker. She is a Business Administration student at the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business (Class of 2027), with emphases in Management Information Systems and Business Analytics, and is especially interested in how AI and analytics can help mission-driven organizations work more effectively while keeping people at the center.

    At beneAI, Agustina supports client work and the firm’s day-to-day operations:

    • Leading engagement with Spanish-speaking stakeholders

    • Data analysis and quality assurance for client assessments and staff surveys, including the dashboards that turn results into findings

    • Creating and overseeing beneAI’s administrative infrastructure, including its CRM and internal tracking systems

    • Outreach to prospective clients and partners

    • Coordinating AI for Good Colorado programs, including the August 2026 panel on how Colorado nonprofits are adopting AI

    She has also worked in an office at CU Boulder’s School of Education and has coordinated projects across international communities. In 2026 she is competing in the Colorado Impact Challenge.
