Below, we’ve outlined how we work, how we protect your data, and how we ensure our partnership remains focused on your mission.

By engaging with beneAI (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") through our website, workshops, digital tools, or consulting engagements, you (the "Client" or "User") agree to these Terms of Service.

beneAI provides management consulting focused on AI strategy, upskilling, and governance for mission-driven organizations.

• AI Capability Assessments: These provide a "snapshot in time" based on information you provide about your organization.

• Workshops, Tools, and Trainings: Educational materials that are not made available on the public domain are for use by our contracted clients and may not be distributed or resold without our permission.

Iterative Nature: AI technology evolves rapidly. Recommendations made today may change as the technology shifts. We strive to be future-forward, but we cannot guarantee the future performance or "perpetual accuracy" of AI tools.

Ethical Use: We advocate for the ethical deployment of AI. We will not support projects intended to create misinformation, facilitate illegal surveillance, or bake systemic bias into research, planning, or services.

To ensure a clear and healthy partnership, we distinguish our strategic guidance from specialized professional services:

Governance & Compliance: While we provide templates, frameworks, and guidance for AI Policy and Governance, beneAI does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. All policies, risk assessments, or compliance frameworks developed during any engagement should be reviewed by your own legal counsel or qualified professionals before official adoption.

Strategy & Implementation: beneAI provides high-level strategic recommendations and "future-forward" roadmaps based on analyses of your organization and on current industry trends. However, the final decision to deploy, fund, or utilize any specific AI skillset, tool, or strategy rests solely with the Client. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or "future-proof" results, as the AI landscape and the conditions within and surrounding every organization is outside of our control.

Ownership: You retain all rights to your data.

Non-Disclosure: We will not disclose your information to third parties without your written consent.

AI Training: We explicitly opt-out of "training" features on professional AI accounts whenever possible to ensure your data does not leak into the public domain.

beneAI Property: We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, tool content, methodologies, workshop designs, and templates.

Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the specific strategic plans, reports, and customized policies we create for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, beneAI’s total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services during the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for "hallucinations," errors, or biases produced by third-party AI models.

Either party may terminate a project if the partnership no longer feels like a proper "fit."

We believe in empathy and transparency - if things aren't working, we'll talk about it openly first.
