Session Description

Responsible AI adoption starts with a harder question than most traditional IT governance frameworks ask: does our use of AI reflect who we are? This session builds from your organization's mission and values outward, through ethical principles, legal obligations, and the practical structures that make responsible AI use sustainable.

Your team is already using AI tools, or soon will be. Those tools are powerful, but they come with real risks: biased outputs, privacy violations, opaque decision-making, and the potential to cause harm if used without guardrails. For mission-driven organizations, the stakes are especially high because the communities you serve are often the ones most affected when things go wrong. And increasingly, those risks are accompanied by legal obligations your team needs to understand.
