We are seeking Partner Consultant / Facilitators to help us reach mission-driven organizations and provide knowledge-building sessions and strategic planning support. Our Partners are both teachers and strategists, responsible for demystifying emerging technologies and co-creating practical and ethical roadmaps that align with our clients' missions, culture, and resources. This role is perfect for a natural communicator who is passionate about "teaching to fish" and ensuring mission-driven organizations can harness technology for good.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help design and lead engaging, accessible workshops and training sessions on AI literacy, tools, and ethical considerations for non-technical audiences.

  • Facilitate strategic planning processes with client leadership to co-create practical, human-centric AI strategies and implementation plans.

  • Identify and secure consulting and facilitation opportunities in key local and regional markets (within Wyoming, Colorado, and/or New Mexico).

  • Build and maintain trust-based partnerships, acting as a thought partner and advisor.

  • Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights and responsible guidelines that respect the unique culture and constraints of each organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in consulting, strategic planning, and/or capacity building, with a strong preference for work within the nonprofit, NGO, and/or public sectors.

  • Quick learner; naturally curious and creative.

  • Exceptional skills as a facilitator, trainer, or teacher, with a demonstrated ability to make complex topics simple, engaging, and accessible.

  • Strong, practical understanding of and curiosity for current AI trends, opportunities, and ethical risks.

  • Deeply empathic, with a "mission-first" and "human-centric" mindset.

  • A collaborative and curious spirit, passionate about empowering organizations and building their internal confidence and capabilities.

  • Independent and courageous.

Starting Salary: $50/hr

Term: Subcontract (1099), Hourly (to start)
