About beneAI
Based in Denver, beneAI was established in 2025 to meet the growing need for accessible and affordable AI governance and strategy support among mission-driven organizations. We empower early-stage adopters through learning workshops, governance and strategy collaboration, and evidence-informed capacity building tools. We also lead bespoke research and development projects focused on mission-based AI applications. We partner with other Colorado-based AI experts and organizations as needed to design, plan, implement, and support innovative AI-related solutions.
About Jacob
Jacob Bielecki supports mission-driven leaders, organizations, and communities in bridging the distance between current realities and future capabilities. His practice is defined by a dual-lens approach: providing an authentic reflection of an organization’s current state to diagnose internal strengths and weaknesses, followed by rigorous design and execution to realize improvement and transformation driven by external opportunities and threats.
With over 20 years of experience in the philanthropic, human services, and community and economic development sectors, Jacob applies a systems-thinking methodology to ensure strategy is not merely articulated, but integrated and sustainable. He holds a Master of Science in City Design and Social Science from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from Bennington College. He has completed specialized training from The People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond (Undoing Racism), Harvard Law School (Program on Negotiation), the Institute for the Future (Scenario Building for Futures Planning), and professional courses on AI skills, tools, and governance from Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, and NTEN. Jacob lives with his wife and children in Arvada.
